Cushee’s Return Policy
1. Return eligibility
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must have purchased one of the items sold on Cushee.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item being returned must be in the same condition as you have received it. It must be unused and sent back in the original packaging. If it is not, no or only a partial refund will be granted.

We started Cushee because, like you, we were tired of constantly cleaning our couch. Matt was sick of always vacuuming up dog hair, and Hayley couldn’t stop spilling food and drink on the cushions…
